Ja, das gibt es auch.

Alle in Thailand lebenden Ausländer, mit einem Jahresvisum, müssen bei einer Ausreise aus Thailand ein “Re-Entry Permit” beantragen. Macht man das nicht und man verlässt das Land, verfällt das Jahresvisum.

Es gibt das “Single Re-Entry Permit” und das “Multiple Re-Entry Permit“, wie es der Name schon sagt, ist beim “Single” eine einmalige Aus- und Einreise in einem Jahr gewährleistet, d.h. im Zeitraum des eigenen Visum

und beim “Multiple” sind mehrfach (uneingeschränkte) Aus- und Einreisen möglich. Das “Single” kostet 1000 Bht, dass “Multiple” kostet 3800 Bht.

Bei einem “Re-Entry Permit” muss man persönlich beim Immigration Amt vorbei gehen.

auch wenn man das letzte mal nicht alles gebraucht hatte aber das kann in jedem Immigration Office unterschiedlich sein.  So weiss man immer genau woran man ist….

  1. Original ausgefüllter “Re-Entry Permit” (TM.8) unterschrieben.
  2. Zwei Passfotos (4×6cm)
  3. Kopie Frontseite Pass (Personendaten)
  4. Kopie aktuelles Visum
  5. Kopie “Departure Card”

 

Wo kann man das Re-entry Permit beantragen?

Mann sollte es in der Regel rechtzeitig vor Ausreise bei seiner zuständigen Immigration beantragen und im Pass einstempeln lassen.


Früher war es möglich dieses Re-entry Permit auch am Flughafen bei der Ausreise bei der dortigen Immigration zu beantragen.

Dieses ist aber z. Z. bis auf Weiteres aus personellen Gründen nicht mehr möglich!!!!!!!! (Info Immigration Phitsanulok)

 

Bitte beachten sie bei der Rückkehr nach Thailand das die Re-entry Permit Nummer in die Immigration arrival Card (TM-Card) eintragen wird

und überprüfen sie das es korrekt in den Pass eingestempelt wird!!!

Where Do You Apply For a Re-Entry Permit?-

In true Thai style, the Thai authorities have made what used to be an extremely simple 10 minute process at the airport right before you left, now a much more complicated and longer taking affair. Now, to get a re-entry permit stamped into your passport, you must go to the Immigration Department in your area (in Bangkok it's on Chaeng Wattana Road) and apply for one.

Re-entry Permit 

If you have an Single entry visa, extension of stay or Permanent Residence and would like to travel outside of Thailand for a short period then an re-entry permit will be needed.

If you have an extension of stay and would like to travel outside of Thailand for a short period then an re-entry permit will be needed.

A re-entry permit must be obtained at the immigration office designated for your area. While it states that in an emergency it can be obtained at the airport no member has yet reported whether or not it is possible.

When applying for a re-entry permit you will need to submit the following -
* A completed TM-8 form
* The correct fee
* A 2" photo
* Photocopy of passport (main page, visa page and latest entry stamp)

Current fees for re-entry permit
* 1,000 Baht for single
* 3,800 Baht for multiple

Re-entry permits can be applied for in person or by an agent at Thai Immigration.  If an agent is used a letter of attorney is required. The processing time at Thai Immigration in Suan Phlu, can vary from 1 hour to half a day, so if you prefer to queue, apply before lunch so you you can pick it up later the same day

 

A pick up can be made by courier as long as the green receipt is produced.

Alternatively, if you are in Bangkok and have access to the internet, you can save time by filling out the TM-8 form and emailing it to bkk1_reentry@immigration.go.thThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it at least one day in advance. You must then visit the Immigration office at Suan Phluand submit a 2" photo and the correct fee at counter 7.

Please remember when arriving back into Thailand to note the re-entry permit number on the Immigration arrival card (TM-card), and check that you are stamped in correctly.
